share.dev cloud is built and run by us, from the equipment to the software. There is no one in the middle, so when something breaks, the people who can fix it are here — we don't file a ticket with another company and wait.

What you get
Private networks
Use whatever address range you like. It doesn't matter if another customer uses the same one — they are fully isolated. That matters when you need to match an existing office network during a migration.
Public IP
A public IP mapped one-to-one to your server. Ports are not shared, so inbound connections arrive as they are. Move the IP to a different server and it keeps working.
Replicated storage
Disks are replicated automatically across machines. One machine dying does not take your data with it. But replication is not backup — keep your own.
How we run it
In Korea, by us
The equipment is in Korea and so are the people who operate it. Your data does not leave the country, and incident response is not outsourced.
SSD throughout
No spinning disks under customer volumes. It shows up in anything that touches storage hard, databases in particular.
Maintenance without downtime
When we service or replace hardware we move your server while it stays running. Our schedule should not become your outage.
The people who built it answer
Support does not route to an outsourced call centre. The people who build and operate the service read and answer.
We commit to 99.99% monthly availability per server. If we miss it, you get service credits against that month's charges — the calculation, the credit tiers and the exclusions are written out as numbers in Article 10 of the Terms.
Pricing
Three things, nothing hidden — the hours a server ran, the disk you allocated, and internet traffic.

All prices are in Korean won and include VAT. The monthly figure is a reference based on 730 hours (30.4 days); billing is hourly on actual usage.
We total each calendar month and invoice the following month. Refunds and withdrawal are in Article 13 of the Terms, and price changes in Article 11.
